Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about a few new developments to be aware of in San Diego and how they will benefit the community.

What’s on our radar:


-21 acres of land in Kearny Mesa sells to Real Estate investment firm LPC West, Inc.
-No details have been laid out on the development plan but the land is zoned industrial
-Mission Valley gets more high-end apartments next to the Millennium
-It will have 277 studios, one-bedrooms and two-bedroom units
-It does not include any low-income housing
-Scheduled to open in 2022
-UC San Diego is to build a project and hopes it will lead to more community interaction with the University
-It will have a 3,000-seat amphitheater and interactive art display
-Mixed Use Development come to Scripps Ranch
-The Hub a Scripps Ranch will feature 260 apartments and 11,000 SF of retail and restaurant space
