Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about how San Diego is going to eliminate parking restrictions on new development, as long as it is on transit lines.

We ask the question: is this a good idea? Can we who live in San Diego depend less on our cars to get around. How will lack of parking change communities?

We also talk about how two bedroom apartments are hot in our market, increasing the most in rent.
