Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about a new development coming to San Diego.
The project knows as Bayview Plaza with add 156 apartment units to the market.
Many of those units will have bay views.
It will also have 40,000 SF of retail and restaurant space.
The project is adjacent to the soon-to-be Mid-Coast Trolley extension.
The project is under parked with the hopes that tenants will take advantage of the trolley line.
