Regents Properties bought a portfolio of high rises. They are:
1 Columbia Place
701 B Street
2 Columbia Place
And the Parking garage at 6th and A Street.
They paid $281 per square foot which some would say is a steal for Downtown San Diego Real Estate.
This purchase shows how some investors have a positive outlook for the office market.
They plan to make a significate investment into the Real Estate to make it more attractive to office renters.
