Downtown Office has Investors Looking Twice

Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about how Regents Properties has made an investment in the San Diego Downtown Office market.

Regents Properties bought a portfolio of high rises. They are:

1 Columbia Place

701 B Street

2 Columbia Place

707 Broadway

And the Parking garage at 6th and A Street.

They paid $281 per square foot which some would say is a steal for Downtown San Diego Real Estate.

This purchase shows how some investors have a positive outlook for the office market.

They plan to make a significate investment into the Real Estate to make it more attractive to office renters.
