Former San Diego Courthouse Gets a New Vision

Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about how the former court house is going become an apartment complex. Listen in to here our thoughts on this new project.

It will consist of 431 dwelling units with an office and retail component

42% of the apartment market has been in Downtown in the last year and because of that there is a lot of space that still needs to be absorbed.

There is also a lack of retail in Downtown but this new apartment building promises to bring more to the area.
