Google Takes On More Office Space

Today on  the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about the tech industry's expansion in San Diego.

Google is investing 1 billion into cities across California.

Google is taking over 110,000 square feet more space and adding more high paying jobs.

Vacancy in office has risen dramatically since the Pandemic started. The growth in the tech industry is a small bright light in the office world.

There is plenty of discounted sublease lease space for companies to take advantage of, but that space has it limitations.

First, most of that space offered is "as is" meaning you won't be getting a tenant improvement allowance.

Second, the length of term varies and might not work with businesses.
