Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about how Horton Plaza is going to become an office campus.

-Many stores have downsized or moved anyway from large mall space

-Its location makes it a great office campus

-The conversion paves the way for tech to come Downtown

-Horton Plaza is roughly 1 million square feet

-It's going to become 700,000 sq ft office and 300 ft retail

-It will bring 3 or 4 thousand jobs
