Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about the new hotel that might be coming to Del Mar.
Above the bluffs on the most north end of Del Mar and next to Solana Beach, land owners are working with developers to get a hotel built but they are running into issues with the city and neighbors that worry about traffic, taxes and keeping the beach community less commercialized.
The newest plan hopes to bridge the gap between the two parties involved.
