On this episode of the Southern California Real Estate Report we talking about housing or should i say the lack there of. The BIA (The Building Industry Association) just gave San Diego an F score for housing!

What can San Diego do to improve our grade? Today we offer some ideas by looking at other markets and giving our opinion on some of the proposed solutions already out there.
