Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about new regulations to extend outdoor dining until July 2022.
San Diego has decided to allow restaurants to keep outdoor dining space, built during the pandemic and often times on public streets, a little longer.
This is as long as they follow City codes and safety regulations.
Maybe one of the only good things to come out of this pandemic is how San Diego has embraced our good weather and taken advantage of outdoor space for safe dining experiences.
This questions becomes, will Real Estate owners be able to monetize it if it stays around for good?
