Rental Qualifications

To qualify for one of our rental properties, applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

Minimum Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum credit score of 650
  • Gross monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
  • Income must be lawful and verifiable

Application Requirements

Each application must include the following:

  • Completed rental application
  • Proof of lawful, verifiable income
  • Copy of a valid government-issued photo ID
  • Rental history and references covering the previous three (3) years
  • A separate application from every occupant age 18 or older

  • Dependent information
  • Service Animal information
  • Emotional Support Animal (ESA) information
