As a company our goal is to make your property’s finances transparent and easy to understand. We don’t have hidden fees.
If you entrust your property finance to us, you can expect the following:
- No fees during vacancies
- No setup fee
- Monthly management fee of only 8% of collected rent with a minimum of $100.
- Timely Rent collection
- Your choice of either paper or electronic distribution of your funds.
- Reports that let you track your property’s financial health.
- Online access to your personal Owner’s Portal to log in and view monthly statements
- We also supply you with an annual statement for filing your tax Schedule E.
Log into your owner portal to view statements & more, such as:
- Rent collection and processing
- Payment of maintenance vendor bills
- Payment of monthly items at the request of owners
- Owner statement and direct deposit by ACH processing to your bank account
On an annual basis, you will also receive the following:
- Tax statements and 1099s
- Annual summary owner statement

- Full brokerage and investment analysis services for owners
- Maintenance scheduled and managed with licensed vendors
Leasing and Tenant Placement
Single Family & Condo
- Tenant Placement – 50% of 1st month’s rent
- Collection of all rent and security deposit
- Full tenant screening and background check
- California-approved tenant lease document
- Lease up maintenance if needed to market the property
- All marketing and showings handled through our leasing team
