New Bio Tech Campus Breaking Ground

Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we look at the new Bio Tech project coming to downtown San Diego.

The mixed use, but primary office campus, will offer much needed diversity to the downtown office market

It will also bring in a lot of job to San Diego

No tenants have been announced.

The project will consume 5 city block and will be 17 stories
