New Parking Requirements on New Development

Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about if lessening the parking requirements on new development will help the housing crisis in San Diego.

We wondering if San Diego is just too much of a car oriented city to rely on transit.

The mayor wants more housing in transit zones and also less parking.

Can Kearny Mesa be the next place for a trolly line? We wonder if the area is walkable enough to support a trolly line.
