Point Loma's Sports Arena is in Need of a Makeover

Today on the Southern California Real Estate Report we talk about a new plan to breath life into the area of San Diego known as Sports Arena.

-City officials are proposing adding more housing, modern commercial projects and parks to the area.

-It would transform the area into more of a community, leaving its industrial roots in the past.

-The area has major need for housing. Its is one of the most central areas in San Diego.

-There is an idea to create a tunnel underneath Rosecrans to help traffic problems in the area.
